Description

Partner Servicing Specialist manages the financial relationship of MoneyGram International partners and builds product awareness, resolves partner issues/concerns or liases with appropriate area for resolution (e.g. settlement, commission, transactions, product, compliance, systems, banking, contract, etc). The position manages the partner life cycle from on-boarding to changes in the relationship through termination of a partner. Works with a variety of internal groups to resolve partner issues


Responsibilities:

  • Servicing agents in throughout the US with a wide variety of requests in all 50 states.

  • Responding to queries via email and live telephone calls about their transactions, system accesses etc.

  • Act as the first point of contact, not only for the agent but also to other internal departments as well ( ex: Sales, settlement or credit recovery).

  • Create daily, monthly or yearly reports for transactions and other services for small and large chain agents alike.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service
  • Fluent English

  • Ability to work effectively across departments and levels
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle large workload
  • Strong research and problem solving ability
