Job Summary

The Partner Setup Analyst I is responsible for working on Oracle scripts according to automated process flow of large upload files, performing mass loads in Oracle and legacy systems ensuring results are consistent, accurate, meet data quality/integrity standards and correctly preserving the files for future audits. Monitor SLA of assigned cases, proactively escalating in case the SLA is at risk.

Incumbents in this role are also involved in providing tailored solutions based on systems capabilities as well as acting as a key user for the MGI operating systems and representing PSU during technical and SOX controls.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work on mass scripts within Oracle & other MGI systems; work on single and mass POS connectivity and performing fixes on Oracle modules.
  • Ensure SLAs are met; escalate issues as identified and as required; effective prioritization of incoming cases (rushes) and clear communication to key stakeholders.
  • Develop QRG, procedures and work instructions for own area of expertise, contribute to the overall Partner Setup/ Partner Onboarding governance.
  • Partner closely with IT departments e.g. software development, application support, IT operations and business representatives.
  • Perform analysis of complex requests, actively contribute to new projects through designing hierarchy diagrams and other setup solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of reported setup issues; provide feedback to other team members as required.
  • Performs other duties as needed or required.


  • BA/BS degree preferred, or combination of education and experience.


  • 3 years’ professional experience working with systems and data in a financial industry.
  • 2 years’ experience in Oracle, Cognos, SalesForce.
  • Ability to manage data and work with data ware-houses preferred.
  • Excellent Knowledge of MGI products & services and operating model preferred.
